摘要
研究空气弹簧用氯丁橡胶(CR)/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶的性能。结果表明:当CR/NR并用比为75/25时,并用胶的耐臭氧性能和耐低温性能优异,综合物理性能好;将CR和NR分别混炼制成母炼胶后再共混,并用胶的加工性能和力学性能更好。
The properties of chloroprene rubber(CR)/natural rubber(NR)blend for air springs were investigated.The results showed that,when the blending ratio of CR/NR was 75/25,the blend had excellent ozone resistance and low temperature resistance,and its comprehensive physical properties were good.When CR and NR were separately mixed into masterbatch and then blended,the processing performance and mechanical properties of the blend were better.
