Research on Application of BIM Technology in Office Building Design and Property Management

我国建筑行业不断发展的过程中,BIM技术逐渐被应用到建筑设计与管理中,且取得了良好的成效。本文中,笔者详细阐述了该技术的基本概念及其技术特点,从办公建筑设计、物业管理两个角度讨论了BIM技术的具体应用策略,同时对强化该技术的应用效果提出几点应用建议,以供参考。

In the process of continuous development of China’s construction industry,BIM technology has been gradually applied to architectural design and management,and achieves good results.In this article,the author elaborates the basic concept and technical characteristics of the technology,discusses the specific application strategies of BIM technology from the perspectives of office building design and property management,and proposes some application suggestions to strengthen the application effect of this technology,for reference.
