文章主要对邯钢西区自备电厂的3台纯燃煤气锅炉配风系统存在的一些问题进行分析,并采取了一些改进措施,实现了送风量可以投联锁,保障了锅炉的安全运行,炉前配风挡板调节阀可以实现精确控制,有效提高了煤气、锅炉的效率,为锅炉达标排放提供了有力保障。

This paper mainly analyzes some problems existing in the air distribution system of three pure gas-fired boilers in the self owned power plant in the West District of Handan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and some improvement measures have been taken, the air supply volume can be interlocked, it ensures the safe operation of the boiler, the regulating valve of the air distribution baffle in front of the furnace can realize accurate control, it effectively improves the efficiency of gas and boiler and provides a strong guarantee for boiler emission up to standard.
