轴套零件局减阀套数控加工分析

摘要 轴类零件作用在于支撑传动零部件,传递扭矩,承受一定的载荷。而轴套类零件应用广泛,其加工工艺制定是否合理,直接影响产品质量。经过不断研究攻关,优化数控轴套类零件加工过程,大批量生产得到科学的理论指导。文章依据机械加工工艺规程步骤,针对局减阀套数控轴零件加工过程展开分析,列出相应的机械加工工艺过程卡片和刀具卡片,为数控轴套类零.件加工工艺的进一步优化和改进提供帮助。 The function of shaft parts is to support transmission parts,transmit torque and bear a certain load.The shaft sleeve parts are widely used,and whether the processing technology is reasonable or not directly affects the product quality.After continuous research and research,optimizing the machining process of CNC bushing parts,mass production has been guided by scientific theory.This paper analyzes the machining process of CNC shaft parts for partial reduction valve sleeves according to the steps of the machining process regulations,lists the corresponding machining process cards and tool cards,and provides help for further optimization and improvement of the machining process of CNC shaft sleeve parts.
