海外总包工程项目安全生产费用管理方法研究

Research on management methods of safety production costs for overseas EPC projects

文章结合笔者多年在海外从事工程项目安全管理的经验和体会,分析了当前海外总包类工程项目在安全生产费用管理过程中存在的问题,并提出解决方法,为抓好海外同类项目的安全生产费用管理提供参考。

This paper combines the author's experience and understanding in overseas engineering project safety management for many years,analyzes the current problems in the process of safety production cost management for overseas EPC projects,and puts forward solutions,so as to provide reference for safety production cost management of similar overseas projects.
