HRM技术在非人源性法医物证检测中的应用

Application of HRM analysis in non-human forensic evidence detection

摘要 高分辨率熔解曲线(High Resolution Melting,HRM)是为检测核酸序列中的遗传变异而发展起来的一种后PCR方法,因简单高效、准确可靠,受到越来越多的法医科研人员关注。本文概述了HRM技术的原理、优势,综述了其在法医非人源性物证鉴定中的应用进展,并对其前景进行展望。 High Resolution Melting(HRM)is a post-PCR method developed to detect genetic variation in the nucleic acid sequence.Because of its simplicity,efficiency,accuracy and reliability,more and more forensic researchers pay attention to HRM.In this paper,the principles and advantages of HRM technology were summarized,and its application in non-human forensic biological evidence identification was reviewed.
