Visual analysis of global research literature on postmortem interval(PMI)inference

摘要 目的分析全球法医学在死亡时间(PMI)推断方向的研究现状,探索当前研究热点、前沿。方法本文采用文献计量学分析方法,在科学核心文献(Web of Science Core Collection,WoSCC)数据库中检索到的文献数据基础上,对PMI研究知识体系进行可视化处理。结果美国在PMI研究领域贡献最多,发文量、文章和期刊的被引用数量远超其他国家,在该研究领域占据主导地位。作为发展中国家的中国,对该领域的贡献是值得鼓励和肯定的。Forensic Sci Int是共被引次数最多的期刊,提示在PMI研究领域,该期刊具有重要影响力。涉及法医昆虫学(forensic entomology)的文章最多,其中最常见的是丽蝇科(calliphoridae)和双翅目(diptera)。环境温度的控制很关键。最常用的研究检材是腐尸(carrion)和脑组织(brain)。最常见的技术是基因表达(gene expression)。结论本研究的结果将有助于学者们更好地了解PMI领域的研究进展、相关研究热点以及未来可能的研究方向。 Objective To analyze the current status of research on postmortem interval(PMI)inference in global forensic science and explore current research hotspots and frontiers.Methods Based on the literature data retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection(WoSCC)database,this paper adopted the bibliometrics analysis method to visually process the PMI research knowledge system.Results The United States made the largest contribution to PMI research,and the number of published articles,articles and journals cited far outnumbered other countries,leading the research?eld.As a developing country,China’s contribution to this?eld deserved encouragement and a?rmation.Forensic Sci Int was the most frequently cited journal,suggesting that it had an important in?uence in PMI research.The most articles involved forensic entomology,among which Calliphoridae and Diptera were the most common.The control of ambient temperature was critical.The most commonly used research materials were carrion and brain tissue.The most common technique was gene expression.Conclusion The results of this study will help scholars better understand the research progress,relevant research hotspots and possible future research directions in PMI research?eld.
