摘要 随着国内风电单台机组容量不断增大,其对塔架的技术精度要求越来越高。通过对塔筒制造过程中技术重难点分析,结合以往风电塔筒制造上的成熟经验,对甘天地二期试验区塔筒制造技术与工艺进一步优化,制定了有效的控制措施,大大提升了塔筒各工序质量一次合格率,使得甘天地二期试验区塔筒制造质量达到优质工程标准,并保证了施工进度。 With the increasing of the capacity of wind turbine units in China,the requirement on the technical accuracy of the wind turbine tower becomes higher.The technical difficulties and the previous experience of the tower manufacturing is summarized and analyzed.Then,the manufacturing technology and process of the tower in Gantiandi Phase II Test Area are further optimized and effective control measures are formulated,which greatly improve the first-time qualification rate of each process of the tower.The manufacturing quality of the tower in the project reaches the high quality standard,and the construction schedule is also ensured.
