Construction Material Support Strategy in Cainai Wind Power Project

通过对采乃山地风电建设设备物资保障工作中的主要问题与困难进行分析,从设置设备催交组织机构,针对性开展催交工作的原则,具体设备的催交策略,大件设备运输策略等方面探索了山地风电建设中物资保障工作方式、方法,使项目物资保障措施有效实施,促成项目“年内开工、年内全容量投产目标”,创造了高海拔风电建设史上的“大唐速度”。

This paper analyzes the major problems and difficulties in the equipment and material support work in the construction of Cainai Wind Power Project.The construction material support work in mountainous wind power projects is explored from various aspects such as the establishment of equipment expediting organization,the principle of carrying out targeted expediting work,the expediting strategy of specific equipment,and the transportation strategy of large equipment.With the effective implementation of the material support measures,the construction goal of the project that starting construction and production in full capacity within the year is achieved,which creates a specific“Datang speed”in the history of high altitude wind power development.
