浅谈山地风电建设安全管理

Safety Management in Construction of Mountainous Wind Power Projects

基于普格采乃风电场建设实践,总结了山地风电建设安全管理重点,主要包括大件运输、风电设备吊装、线路架设、高空作业、带电调试和承包商人员安全管理等。同时指出,安全工作的目标就是控制危险源,努力把事故发生概率降到最低,万一发生事故,把伤害和损失控制在较轻的程度上。

Based on the construction practice of Puge Cainai Wind Farm,the key points of the safety management in mountainous wind power construction are summarized,including the transportation of large cargo,hoisting of wind power equipment,transmission line erection,work at height,live commissioning and safety management of contractor personnel.It is also demonstrated that the target of the safety management work is to control hazard sources and minimize the accident occurrence probability,and control the injuries and losses to a lesser extent in case of accidents.
