十九大报告指出反腐败坚持无禁区、全覆盖、零容忍。我们央企物资管理过程中的廉洁风险不容忽视。针对电力企业物资管理可能出现的廉洁风险进行了深入的分析,从计划管理、采购管理、仓储管理等环节提出合理有效的防范措施,提升电力企业物资管理水平,促进整个电力企业的健康持续稳定发展。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that the anti-corruption work is of full coverage,zero tolerance and no forbidden zone.While,the corruption risks in material management in state-owned enterprises should not be overlooked.This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the possible corruption risks in the material management in power enterprises.Then,reasonable and effective prevention measures are proposed from the aspects of planning management,procurement management and storage management,so as to improve the material management level and promote the healthy,sustainable and stable development of the whole power enterprises.
