钽钨合金中杂质元素的测定

摘要 杂质元素对钽钨合金的性能有不良影响,其含量必须精确测定和严格控制。测定钽钨合金中Nb、Mo、Fe、Ni、Ti、Cu等杂质元素含量的方法为:将0.1g钽钨合金样品置于容量为150 ml的聚四氟乙烯烧杯,加入6 ml硝酸和3 ml氢氟酸溶解样品;选用Nb292.781,Mo281.616,Fe238.204,Ni232.003,Ti336.121,Cu324.752作为分析线,采用基体匹配消除基体干扰,采用电感耦合等离子体原子吸收光谱仪测定钽钨合金中上述杂质元素的含量,测定范围为0.005%~0.200%。结果表明:各元素校准曲线的相关系数大于0.9999,元素检出限为0.0003%~0.0032%(质量分数),结果的相对标准偏差为0.58%~3.85%,操作简单,精度高。 Impurity elements have an adverse effect on performance of tantalum-tungsten alloy,their content must be measured precisely and controlled strictly.The method for measuring impurity elements such as Nb,Mo,Fe,Ni,Ti and Cu in tantalum-tungsten alloy comprises the following:to place 0.1 g of tantalum-tungsten alloy sample in a 150-ml-vol teflon beaker,to add 6 ml of nitric acid and 3 ml of hydrofluoric acid to the teflon beaker,and to dissolve the sample;to use Nb292.781,Mo281.616,Fe238.204,Ni232.003,Ti336.121 and Cu324.752 as analysis lines;to use matrix matching for eliminating matrix interference;and to use inductively coupled plasma atomic absorption spectrometry for measuring content of above-named impurity elements of 0.005%to 0.200%.The results indicated that the correlation coefficient of each element calibration curve was more than 0.9999,the detection limit of elements ranged from 0.0003%to 0.0032%by mass,and the relative standard deviation of the results ranged from 0.58%to 3.85%,the operation being simple,the accuracy being high.
