摘要
钢包倾翻台的轴座材料为ZG270-500铸钢,经过补焊,发现有贯穿裂纹。对开裂的轴座进行了理化检验。结果表明:轴座的显微组织为脆性魏氏组织,力学性能差;计算得出的轴座碳当量达0.56%,因此冷脆性较大、焊接性能较差。正是这两个因素导致轴座开裂。
Axel bed of ladle tilter,made from ZG270-500 cast steel and subjected to repairing welding,was found to have through cracks.The cracked axle bed was subjected to physical and chemical examination.The results showed that the axle bed displayed brittle widmanstatten structure therefore had poor mechanical properties,and that its carbon equivalent resulting from calculation was as high as 0.56%,therefore it had larger cold brittleness and poorer weldability.It was these two factor that resulted in the axle bed cracking.
