基于熵权TOPSIS模型西北地区资源环境承载力动态评价 被引量:3

On Dynamic Evaluation of Resources and Environment Carrying Capacity in Northwest China Based on Entropy Weight TOPSIS Model

摘要 文章以西北地区(陕西、甘肃、青海、宁夏、新疆)为研究对象,从经济发展、资源承载、环境承载角度构建熵权TOPSIS模型对资源环境承载力进行综合评价,并根据熵值法计算权重分析影响地区资源环境承载力发展的关键因素。结果表明:(1)2006—2020年西北地区资源环境承载力呈逐渐上升趋势,陕西省承载力水平明显高于其余四个省(区);(2)各个子系统评价值中,经济发展力子系统呈线性增长趋势,资源与环境承载力两个子系统均呈现波动增长趋势;(3)根据熵值法权重计算结果可得,森林覆盖率、卫生机构个数、地均GDP等指标所占比重较高,对西北地区资源环境承载力水平影响较大。 Taking northwest China(Shanxi,Gansu,Qinghai,Ningxia and Xinjiang) as the research object,this paper constructed the entropy weight TOPSIS model to comprehensively evaluate the resource and environment carrying capacity from the perspective of economic development,resource-carrying capacity and environment-carrying capacity,and analyzed the key factors affecting the development of regional resource and environment carrying capacity according to the entropy value method to calculate the weights. The results were shown as follows:(1) the resource and environment carrying capacity in northwest China showed a gradually increasing trend from 2006 to 2020,and the carrying capacity level of Shanxi Province is significantly higher than the remaining four provinces;(2) among the evaluation values of each subsystem,the subsystem of the economic development power showed a linear growth trend,and both the subsystems of resource and environment carrying capacity showed a fluctuating growth trend;(3) according to the weight calculation results using the entropy method,the indicators such as forest coverage,health institutions(pcs) and per capita water resources(m3/person) had a higher proportion and had a greater influence on the level of resources and environment carrying capacity in northwest China.
