宝兰高铁开通对城市旅游经济的影响--以天水市和定西市为例

Impact of Baoji-Lanzhou Highspeed Railway operation on urban tourism economy--Take Tianshui and Dingxi as examples

高铁沿线城市要充分利用高铁带来的“通道效应”,发挥出高铁为城市旅游经济带来的优势。以2018年为宝兰高铁开通政策冲击时间点,基于合成控制法考察高铁开通对天水市与定西市两地旅游收入与旅游人数的影响。研究结果表明:宝兰高铁开通对天水市的旅游经济与旅游人数均有显著的正向促进作用,对定西市的旅游收入与旅游人数也有一定促进作用,但总体上作用效果不如天水。原因在于天水市的旅游资源相对集中,旅客乘坐高铁的目的大多是为了旅游,而定西市的旅游资源相对分散,以旅游为目的的高铁旅客数量较少。为此,天水市应在现有基础上,进一步提高旅游服务质量,使旅游经济成为经济发展中的稳定增长点。定西市应加大文旅产业宣传力度,提高各县域之间的交通便利度,使高铁优势能被全市各县共享。

Cities along the highspeed railway should make full use of the“channel effect”brought by the highspeed railway and give full play to the advantages brought by the highspeed railway to the urban tourism economy.Taking 2018 as the impact time point of the opening policy of Baoji-Lanzhou Highspeed Railway,this paper investigates the impact of the opening of highspeed railway on the tourism revenue and number of tourists in Tianshui and Dingxi based on the synthetic control method.The results show that the opening of Baoji-Lanzhou highspeed railway has a significant positive effect on the tourism economy and the number of tourists in Tianshui,and also on the tourism income and the number of tourists in Dingxi,but the overall effect is not as good as Tianshui.The reason is that the tourism resources in Tianshui are relatively concentrated,and the purpose of passengers taking highspeed rail is mostly for tourism,while the tourism resources in Dingxi are relatively scattered,and the number of highspeed rail passengers for tourism is small.Therefore,Tianshui city should further improve the quality of tourism services on the existing basis,so as to make tourism economy a stable growth point in economic development.Dingxi city should strengthen the publicity of cultural tourism industry and improve the transportation convenience between counties,so that the advantages of highspeed rail can be shared by all counties in the city.
