大数据分析技术在普光净化装置能效优化中的应用

摘要 以普光气田天然气净化厂高含硫天然气净化装置为研究对象,运用大数据分析技术,筛选11 a历史运行数据,开发了高含硫天然气净化工艺ProMax全流程仿真模型、能耗预测与优化模型,建立了国内首列高含硫天然气净化装置能效评价体系,并成功运用于普光气田天然气净化厂的12列装置。智能能效评价平台应用后,装置单位综合能耗下降至少5个百分点,每年节约成本4500万元。 Taking the high sulfur natural gas purification unit of natural gas purification plant in Puguang gas field as research object,screening the operation data in the last eleven years by big data analysis method,the ProMax whole process simulation model,energy consumption prediction and optimization model of high sulfur natural gas purification process are developed,energy efficiency evaluation system of the first high sulfur natural gas purification unit in China is established,which was successfully applied to 12 units in the natural gas purification factory of Puguang gas field.After application of the intelligent energy efficiency evaluation platform,unit comprehensive energy consumption of the device will be reduced by at least 5%,and the annual cost will be saved by 45 million yuan.
