JF-SN2型脱硝剂在催化裂化装置的工业应用

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION OF JF-SN2 DENITRATION AGENT IN CATALYTIC CRACKING UNIT

介绍JF-SN2型脱硝剂在大连西太平洋石油化工有限公司催化裂化装置上的工业应用情况,结果表明:该装置再生系统加注JF-SN2型脱硝剂占系统藏量(质量分数)的2.5%后,贫氧段烟气中NH_(3)含量降至80 mg/m^(3)以下,烟气脱硫塔外排烟气中的NO_(x)含量降至100 mg/m^(3)以下,CO含量降至0,每吨焦炭产汽量增加至7.55 t;JF-SN2型脱硝剂应用期间,催化裂化装置产品分布、汽/柴油性质及主催化剂磨损状况基本稳定。

Industrial application of JF-SN2 denitration agent in catalytic cracking unit of Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Limited Company was described.The results showed that after JF-SN2 denitration agent was injected into the regeneration system of the unit with dosage of 2.5wt%of the system storage capacity,NH_(3) content in the flue gas from the oxygen deficient section decreased to less than 80 mg/m^(3),NO_(x) content in the exhaust flue gas decreased to less than 100 mg/m^(3),the average CO content decreased to 0,and the steam production per ton of coke increased to 7.55 t.During the application of JF-SN2 denitration agent,the product distribution,gasoline/diesel properties and main catalyst wear condition of FCC unit are basically stable.
