炼油厂瓦斯管网流程的优化

摘要 瓦斯性质直接关系着炼油厂各装置加热炉的安全环保运行。针对某炼油厂瓦斯中硫含量偏高的问题,通过对相关瓦斯流程的优化改造,降低了瓦斯中有机硫含量,改善了瓦斯性质,进而降低了后续各装置加热炉排放烟气中的二氧化硫含量,确保全厂加热炉安全、环保、稳定运行。 The nature of gas is directly related to safe and environmental protection operation of heating furnace of each unit in the refinery.Aiming at the problem of high sulfur content in the gas of a refinery,through the optimization and transformation of the relevant gas process,the organic sulfur content in the gas was reduced,the gas properties were improved,and then the SO_(2) content in the flue gas discharged from the heating furnace of subsequent units was reduced,so as to ensure the safe,environmental friendly and stable operation of the heating furnace in the whole plant.
