循环氢压缩机K101推力环损坏故障分析与处理 被引量:1

摘要 针对循环氢压缩机K101出现曲轴轴向异常位移导致推力环和曲轴瓦磨损的问题,结合往复压缩机及其驱动电机的结构和工作原理,分析了该压缩机曲轴产生轴向位移的原因,并提出相应处理措施,及时恢复了该压缩机的平稳运行。 Aiming at abrasion problem of the thrust ring and shaft tile caused by abnormal crankshaft axial displacement of cyclic hydrogen compressor K101,combining with the structure and working principle of reciprocating compressor and its driving motor,the causes of crankshaft axial displacement in K101 compressor were analyzed,and the corresponding treatment measures were put forward.The smooth operation of the compressor was restored in time.
