摘要
分析丁苯橡胶装置聚合、回收系统高段压缩机入口压力升高的情况,即高段压缩机入口压力不变,但回流调节阀阀位逐渐关小的情况。总结该装置1#泄料槽BK-301气相压力调节阀PRCA-361、尾气排放系统、泄料槽温度等11种情况产生的危害及原因,并针对压缩机入口压力升高原因,给出了相应的处理方法。
The inlet pressure rise of the high section compressor in polymerization and recovery system of styrene butadiene rubber unit is analyzed,that is,inlet pressure of the high section compressor remains unchanged,but the valve position of the return regulating valve is gradually reduced.The hazards and reasons caused by 11 kinds of conditions,such as BK-301 gas phase pressure regulating valve prca-361 for 1#discharge chute,tail gas discharge system and discharge tank temperature are summarized,and the corresponding treatment methods are given according to reasons for the compressor inlet pressure rise.
