电动液压抓斗通常是指由固定在抓斗上的电驱动液压系统控制斗瓣开闭的抓斗(JB/T 13481—2018《起重机用抓斗》),是一种传统抓斗产品,应用领域非常广泛,适合于抓取形状不规则的轻型或中型散货物料(如生活垃圾、工业及医疗垃圾、轻型废钢、大型碎石等),也适合于抓取粉状和颗粒状散货物料(如化肥、粮食、煤炭、焦炭、矿砂、黄沙、垃圾焚烧灰渣、碎石等)。这种专业工具的应用,不仅极大地减轻了劳动工人的劳动强度、提高了工作效率,且能代替人工进入恶劣、危险的作业环境进行工作,为自动化作业系统提供了可能。
