摘要
在考虑张紧轮的预紧力和补偿绳的质量情况下,文中根据高速曳引电梯的结构特点以及工作原理建立其提升钢丝绳的水平方向振动模型,同时通过能量法与Hamilton原理得到高速曳引电梯提升钢丝绳的水平方向振动控制方程式。然后利用Galerkin法将其控制方程式离散化处理得到有限维度的常微分方程,最后使用Matlab软件对其常微分方程进行仿真,分析其单根提升钢丝绳的提升质量、分布阻尼、线密度、预紧力对其提升钢丝绳水平方向振动的影响。
Considering the pre-tightening force of the tension wheel and the quality of the compensating rope,a horizontal vibration model of the hoisting rope was established according to the structural characteristics and working principle of the high-speed traction elevator,and the horizontal vibration control equation of the hoisting rope of the high-speed traction elevator was obtained by energy method and Hamilton principle.Then the control equation was discretized by Galerkin method,and the finite-dimensional ordinary differential equation was obtained.Finally,the ordinary differential equation was simulated by Matlab software,so as to analyze the influence of hoisting quality,distributed damping,linear density and preload of a single hoisting rope on its horizontal vibration.
