摘要
针对有色行业铜冶炼企业自动化立体仓库建设中,阴极铜垛自动装车系统所需的一款装车专用吊具,文中提出了符合工况要求的吊具设计方案,并进行了详细的力学分析与计算,运用Solidworks软件对吊具进行了整体结构设计;为了保证吊具的使用安全,对吊具的主要结构部件横梁进行了有限元静力分析,验证其结构强度达到设计要求、选材和结构设计是否合理。
Aiming at a special loading spreader required by the automatic loading system of cathode copper stack in the construction of automatic three-dimensional warehouses of copper smelting enterprises in non-ferrous industry,in this paper,the spreader design scheme in compliance with working conditions is proposed,detailed mechanical analysis and calculation are carried out,and the overall structure of the spreader is designed by using the Solidworks software;in order to ensure the use safety of the spreader,the finite element static analysis is conducted for the beam of main structural components of the spreader to verify that its structural strength meets the design requirements,and whether the material selection and structural design are reasonable.
