摘要 文中对起重机T形焊缝腹板面检测对象进行分析,结合超声波检测的特点,建立了基于CIVA仿真软件的超声波仿真模型,通过模拟常规超声波探头在T形焊缝仿真模型与预置的内部缺陷相互作用及声波传播规律,采用控制变量法进行仿真研究找到最佳检测参数,为后续相控阵超声仿真实验提供参考依据以及缩小仿真实验的参数调节范围,进而为实际工程应用提高工作效率、增加检出率提供重要参考。 In this paper,the inspection object of web surface of T-weld joint of crane was analyzed,and combined with the characteristics of ultrasonic inspection,an ultrasonic simulation model based on a CIVA simulation software was established.By simulating the interaction between conventional ultrasonic probe and the preset internal defects in the T-weld simulation model and the law of sound wave propagation,the control variable method was adopted for simulation research,and the best inspection parameters were obtained,which provides the basis for the follow-up phased array ultrasonic simulation experiment and narrows the parameter adjustment range of the simulation experiment,and provides ideas on how to improve the work efficiency and increase the detection rate in practical engineering applications.
