胸怀天下:新时代中国青年国际视野培育研究

Minding the World:A Study on the Cultivation of International Vision of the Chinese Youth in the New Era

中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来,加强对新时代青年国际视野的培育,是适应世界历史发展大势的需要,是应对日益复杂激烈的国际竞争的需要,也是推动实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的需要。新时代中国青年国际视野的培育,要涵养其胸怀天下的远大抱负,要培养其正确认识中国与世界发展大势、正确认识中国特色与世界比较的能力,要培养其强烈的责任意识与担当精神,使其成为既胸怀天下又脚踏实地、既本领过硬又堪当大任的大国青年。培育具备国际视野的新时代青年,要坚持面向世界与立足中国的统一、坚持文明交流互鉴与坚守文化自信的统一、坚持胸怀天下与脚踏实地的统一等原则。此外,还要注意避免陷入“浅显化”“表面化”的误区,防范“历史虚无主义”的陷阱,警惕西方“西化”“分化”的图谋等。总之,加强新时代中国青年国际视野的培育,要在遵循青年国际视野培育的根本目标、主要内容、基本原则等前提下,结合时代特征变化及青年在学习、生活、工作各阶段的具体特点进行探索。

Since socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,strengthening the cultivation of young people′s international vision in the new era is a need to adapt to the general trend of world historical development,a need to cope with increasingly complex and fierce international competition,and a need to promote the realization of the Chinese dream and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In order to cultivate the international vision of the Chinese youth in the new era,we should cultivate their lofty aspirations,their ability to correctly understand the development trend of China and the world,and correctly understand the comparison between Chinese characteristics and the world.We should also cultivate their strong sense of responsibility and unity,so as to make them the young people of a great nation who are both thoughtful and down-to-earth,both competent and worthy of great duties.To cultivate young people in the new era with an international vision,we must adhere to the principles of facing the world and being based on China,adhering to the unity of exchanges and mutual learning between civilizations and cultural self-confidence,and the unity of being mindful of the world and being down-to-earth.In addition,we must also pay attention to avoid falling into the misunderstanding of "simplization " and "superficialization",guard against the trap of "historical nihilism",and be wary of the attempt of "Westernization" and "differentiation" of the West.In short,to strengthen the cultivation of the international vision of the Chinese youth in the new era,we should explore in combination with the changes of the characteristics of the times and the specific characteristics of young people at all stages of study,life and work on the premise of following the fundamental objectives,main contents and basic principles of the cultivation of the international vision of young people.
