带状电子注传输中Diocotron的中文翻译初探

摘要 由于带状电子注器件具有高功率、高效率、小型化、易加工的优势,带状电子注器件的研究逐渐成为热点,与此同时,带状电子注中Diocotron不稳定性也越来越受到关注。然而,在目前国内学术活动和日常教学中,并没有关于Diocotron的中文翻译,这给国内的学者造成诸多不便。因此,本文首先简要介绍带状电子注中Diocotron不稳定性的发展历史,产生的物理机理和抑制方法,然后根据Diocotron的英文表述,建议将Diocotron译为“扭曲分裂”。 Due to the advantages of high power,high efficiency,miniaturization and ease of fabrication,the sheet electron beam device has gradually become a research hot topic,and the Diocotron instability in sheet electron beam has attracted more and more attention.However,in current domestic academic activities and daily teaching,there is no Chinese translation for the word“Diocotron”,which causes a lot of inconveniences to domestic researchers.This paper briefly introduces the history,the physical mechanism and current suppression methods of Diocotron instability in sheet electron beam devices,and provides a feasible translation scheme for“Diocotron”according to its English explanation.
