摘要
S波段12 kW级强迫风冷行波管因功率提升,需进行更加准确的热设计以达到使用要求。本文使用CFX流体仿真软件,对行波管进行了热设计,分析了冷却风流量对行波管温度的影响;对行波管进行了风阻仿真,分析了风量对整管风阻的影响;对实物进行了测试,验证了大功率行波管热设计的可行性。
Due to the power increase of S-band 12 kW forced air-cooling traveling wave tubes(TWTs),more accurate thermal design is needed to meet the use requirements.By using CFX fluid simulation software,the thermal design is carried out and the influence of cooling air flow on traveling wave tube(TWT)temperature is analyzed;the wind resistance simulation is carried out and the influence of air volume on TWT wind resistance is analyzed.The feasibility of the thermal design of high-power TWTs is verified by practical test.
