摘要
A set of closed-loop normative standards of PDCA(planning-implementing-checking-improvement) of the quality management system is applied to promote the standardization, normalization and institutionalization of grass-roots meteorological observations, further improve the service availability and timely rate of data, and improve the quality and efficiency of meteorological observations.
