利用静息态功能磁共振成像探讨抑郁症患者注意力网络动态连接的整体变化 被引量:2

Investigate the whole level alteration of dynamic functional connectivity of attention network in patients with major depressive disorder based on magnetic resonance imaging

摘要 目的基于静息态功能磁共振成像(resting state-functional magnetic resonance imaging,rs-fMRI)探讨抑郁症(major depressive disorder,MDD)患者注意力网络动态连接属性的变化。材料与方法本研究纳入73位MDD患者以及71位健康对照者(healthy controls,HC),采集rs-fMRI图像,基于既往Meta分析结果构建注意力脑网络,利用一系列时间窗进行分割,计算并比较组间注意力网络的时间变异性变化。结果较HC组,MDD组注意力网络总体时间变异性异常升高(F=5.596,P=0.019),而注意力网络各节点的动态连接属性组间差异无统计学意义。MDD组注意力网络的平均时间变异性与汉密尔顿抑郁量表(r=-0.025,P=0.845)及焦虑量表(r=-0.055,P=0.654)评分无显著相关性。结论MDD患者注意力网络整体动态连接属性存在异常升高,表明其注意力网络动态功能改变可能是网络整体水平动态连接的变化,而非某功能节点的局部变化。 Objective:To explore the abnormalities of dynamic connectivity of attention network in patients with major depressive disorder(MDD)by using resting state-functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI).Materials and Methods:Totally,73 MDD subjects and 71 healthy controls(HC)were included in this study.The rs-fMRI data were acquired for each subject,and the functional network of attention was established based on previous meta-analysis.Then,the attention network was temporally segmented according to a series of sliding windows,and the temporal variability of attention network connectivity was calculated and then compared between the MDD and HC groups.Results:Compared with the HC group,significantly increased temporal variability of attention network across all the nodes of the whole network(P=0.019)was observed in the MDD group,while no significant difference of temporal variability was observed in any individual node between the two groups.No significant correlation between the mean temporal variability of attention network and the scores of the depression and anxiety was found.Conclusions:The results may indicate that the abnormally increased dynamic connectivity of attention network in patients with MDD are at the whole network level,instead of a localized change driven by regional abnormalities.
