近年来,垦利区围绕水库移民后期扶持政策,以平台企业为载体,以园区建设为依托,发挥移民资金“四两拨千斤”作用,积极探索水库移民后期扶持新模式,从“授人以鱼”变“授人以渔”,引导移民村发展特色产业,推动村集体经济破壳,探索出了一条符合当地实际的移民幸福之路。
