谈滨州市道旭引黄灌区续建配套与节水改造

Discussion on Supporting Facilities and Water-saving Reconstruction of Daoxu Irrigation Area Diverting from Yellow River in Binzhou

多年来,滨州市道旭引黄灌区在地域经济发展中发挥了较大作用,但经过多年的运行,工程只能维持简单运行,省以上投入少,地方配套资金投入也不多,导致工程基础薄弱,标准低,管理粗放,影响了效益的进一步发挥,灌区急需进行续建配套与节水改造。本文依托灌区实施续建配套与节水改造工程,对灌区的改造、管理进行探讨,为中小型灌区建设与管理提供借鉴。

Over the ysars, Xudao irrigation area in Binzhou Municipality played an important role in regional economic development. But after years of operation, it now only kept simple operation, with less investment from local and provincial governments, leading to weak engineering foundation, low standard, rough management, affecting the further benefits. The irrigation area is urgent to be upgraded with supporting and water-saving facilities. This paper discusses the reconstruction and management of the irrigation area, based on the implementation of supplementary construction and water-saving reconstruction project, so as to provide reference for the construction and management of small and medium-sized irrigation area.
