摘要 四冲程柴油机是指柴油气缸的一个工作过程,包括进气、压缩、燃烧做功和排气4个阶段。四冲程柴油机是船舶的动力核心,其工作稳定性直接决定了船舶的运行状态。四冲程柴油机常见故障包括轴承故障、阀门损坏、漏油等,本文针对四冲程柴油机的故障特性,开发了柴油机的数学模型,结合振动信号和压力信号采集,建立了船舶四冲程柴油机的故障诊断系统。 Four stroke diesel engine refers to a working process of diesel cylinder,including four stages:intake,compression,combustion work and exhaust.Four stroke diesel engine is the power core of the ship,and its working stability directly determines the operation state of the ship.The common faults of marine four stroke diesel engine include bearing fault,valve damage,oil leakage and so on.According to the fault characteristics of marine four stroke diesel engine,this paper establishes the mathematical model of diesel engine,and establishes the fault diagnosis system of marine four stroke diesel engine combined with the acquisition of vibration signal and pressure signal.
