残疾人高等融合教育试点工作:成绩、挑战与展望 被引量:2

摘要 中国残联和教育部开展的残疾人高等融合教育试点工作,对推进我国高等融合教育的发展具有重要的实践和引领价值。目前,我国六所试点高校在残疾大学生支持体系、服务流程、人才培养、资源服务、校园文化建设等方面取得了显著成绩,但也面临着高等融合教育发展缓慢、质量薄弱、师资不足、高等融合教育学生就业困难等挑战。在未来的发展中,建议加强融合理念传播和制度设计、关注融合教育制度落实和指导监督、强化人才培养和支持就业服务等。 The pilot work of higher inclusive education for the disabled carried out by the China Disabled Persons’ Federation and the Ministry of Education has important practical and leading value for promoting the development of higher inclusive education in China. At present, six pilot colleges and universities in China have made remarkable achievements in the support system, service process, talent training, resource service, campus culture construction and so on. However, facing the challenges of slow development, weak quality, insufficient teachers and difficult students employment of higher inclusive education, it is proposed to strengthen the dissemination of inclusive concept and system design, pay attention to the implementation, guidance and supervision of inclusive education system, and strengthen development suggestions on talent training and employment support services.
