摘要
植物源醌类衍生物对蛀蚀羊毛纤维的害虫具有一定的拒食或毒杀作用,可作为天然防蛀剂。但植物源醌类衍生物成分复杂、提纯困难,且防蛀效果良莠不齐,无法进行工业化生产。其中,萘醌类化合物对害虫的拒食活性和毒杀性最好;部分硫氮杂环化合物因独特的硫氮杂环结构而具有优异的杀虫功能。研究萘醌类化合物与硫氮杂环化合物的结构与活性的关系,为新型含硫氮杂环修饰萘醌类防蛀剂的研发提供参考。
Plant derived quinone derivatives have certain antifeedant or toxic effects on pests that eat wool fiber,and it can be used as natural mothproofing agents.However,plant derived quinone derivatives have complex components,purification difficulty,and different moth control effects,so they cannot be industrialized.Among them,naphthoquinone compounds have the best antifeedant and toxicity to pests.Some sulfur nitrogen heterocyclic compounds have excellent insecticidal functions because of their unique sulfur nitrogen heterocyclic structure.The study on the relationship between the structure and activity of naphthoquinone compounds and sulfur nitrogen heterocyclic compounds can provide a reference for the development of new sulfur nitrogen heterocyclic modified naphthoquinone mothproofing agents.
