功能性微胶囊的制备及其在针织面料气味控制整理中的应用

Preparation of functional microcapsules and their application in the odor control finishing of knitted fabrics

微胶囊可用于纺织品多种功能化的整理,但用于复合功能化整理和工业化批量生产的实践还较少。针织面料主要用作贴身或夏秋季服饰,在其服用过程中,由于人体汗液和皮肤表面细菌的作用,会产生各种气味,在夏季尤其浓烈。用异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和β-环糊精包裹香精来制备功能性微胶囊浆料,再和抗菌抑菌成分、聚乙二醇等混合制成易保存使用的固体气味控制整理剂。具有单向导湿功能的异形纤维混纺针织面料经预定形后,再进行气味控制整理。结果表明,气味控制整理工艺为:气味控制整理剂稀释至质量分数为30%,用量为30~60 g/L,再复配交联剂、催化剂、非硅亲水蓬松软膏,采用二浸二轧进行整理,温度为140℃,车速为45~50 m/min;该工艺可生产出吸湿排汗、抗菌,并具有耐久释香的针织面料。

Microcapsules can be used for various functionalized finishing of textiles,but there are few practices for composite functionalized finishing and industrial mass production.Knitted fabrics are mainly used for close-fitting or summer and autumn clothing.During the wearing process,due to the action of human sweat and bacteria on the surface of the skin,various odors will be produced,especially in summer.The functional microcapsule slurry is prepared by encapsulating the essence with isomerized alcohol polyoxyethylene ether andβ-cyclodextrin,and then mixed with antibacterial and bacteriostatic ingredients,polyethylene glycol,etc.to make a solid odor control finishing agent that is easy to store and use.The special-shaped fiber blended knitted fabric with unidirectional moisture guiding function is pre-shaped,and then odor control finishing is carried out.The results show that the odor control finishing process is as follows:the odor control finishing agent is diluted to a mass fraction of 30%,the dosage is 30~60 g/L,and then mixed with the cross-linking agent,catalyst and non-silicon hydrophilic fluffy ointment.Two dipping and two rolling are adopted for finishing.The temperature is 140℃,and the speed is 45~50 m/min.This process can produce knitted fabrics with moisture absorption,sweat wicking,antibacterial and durable fragrance release.
