基于心电信号采集与处理的柔性织物电极的制备及性能 被引量:1

摘要 心血管疾病(CVDs)在所有医疗问题中占有很大的比例。为实现对心电图(ECG)长期的穿戴式监控和生理状态的反馈,本研究采用丝网印花方式将导电浆料印制到柔性织物基底上,制备了柔性心电图监控织物。首先设计了丝网印花用心电图图案。其次配制了球形和片状银、氯化银导电颗粒填充的导电油墨,将自制的导电油墨印制到织物上,经烘干、焙烘后测试心电图。结果表明,导电浆料呈现较好的剪切变稀特性,适合丝网印花;SEM电镜显示,导电浆料刮印到织物上后,在较低的填充量下,导电粒子就可以实现接触,阈值降低,电导率可达到104S/m。测试了正常情况、心律不齐、轻微运动条件下人体的心电图。结果表明,所制备的心电图织物基本可以反映出正常情况、心律不齐、轻微运动条件下心脏的情况,但受到服装与人体接触紧密程度的影响,测试所得心电图的波形完整时限和振幅均在标准范围内,但信号弱、振幅偏小。 Cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)constitute a significant proportion of all medical disorders.To accomplish long-term wearable monitoring of electrocardiogram(ECG)and physiological condition feedback,the conductive paste was screen printed on the flexible fabric substrate to construct the flexible ECG fabric.First,an ECG pattern for screen printing was designed.Then an aqueous polyurethane conductive paste was created with spherical,flake,and silver chloride conductive particles.The ECG was checked after baking the self-made conductive paste printed on the fabric.The results show that the produced conductive slurry exhibits high shear thinning capabilities and is suitable for screen printing.SEM show that after the conductive paste is scratched on the fabric,the conductive particles can be contacted at a low filling amount,the threshold is reduced,and the conductivity can reach 104S/m.The ECG of the human body was evaluated in normal,arrhythmic,and mild exercise conditions.The produced ECG fabric can essentially reflect the state of the heart under the afore-mentioned conditions.Due to the close contact between clothing and the human body,the full-time limits and amplitude of the ECG waveform are within the standard range but possess a tiny amplitude.
