未来卓越教师“三维八制”培养模式的实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据新时代教育发展的需要,依据国家教师教育有关精神,基于新师范建设目标,着力于教师教育人才培养方案的根本性改革和师范生培养质量的显著提升,以培养适应并能引领未来教育高质量发展,保障受教育者全面发展的卓越教师。通过改革实践,为师范生构建了“职业导向为主体,学术导向和生活导向为两翼”三维发展目标,同时建立了“二次选拔制、多学科制、双导师制、小学期制、课程模块制、研修制、游学制、考核制”八个制度的保障,全面构建出富有创新性、成效性、发展性的未来卓越教师培养模式,不仅为教师教育领域提供了典型案例和经验,更重要是提供了有效模式和创新机制,在制度层面、实践层面和理论层面均具有较高的价值。 According to the needs of educational development in the new era,the relevant spirit of national teacher education and the goal of new normal construction,we focus on the fundamental reform of teacher education talent training program and the significant improvement of the training quality of normal students,so as to cultivate excellent teachers who are adaptable and be able to lead the high-quality development of future education and ensure the all-round development of educatees.Through the reform practice,the three-dimensional development goal of"career orientation as the main body,academic orientation and life orientation as the two wings"has been constructed for normal students.At the same time,the eight systems have been established,including"secondary selection system,multi-disciplinary system,double tutor system,primary school system,curriculum module system,research system,study tour system and assessment system",so as to comprehensively build an innovative,effective and sustainableexcellent teacher training model for the future.The model not only provides typical cases and experience for the field of teacher education,but also provides an effective model and innovation mechanism.It has strong value at the institutional level,practical level and theoretical level.
