摘要
高炉炉顶压力是高炉生产的重要控制参数,其控制系统产生的故障对高炉正常生产影响很大,高炉顶压控制系统的零故障,是仪控人员的工作目标。通过对酒钢本部近十年来顶压控制系统故障的统计分析,针对产生故障的主要原因,制定出优化改进方案,并利用7#高炉大修有利时机改进硬件配置,优化测量值逻辑程序,达到提高炉顶压力检测及控制系统稳定性和可靠性的目的。
The top pressure of iron-making blast furnace is an important control parameter in blast furnace production, the faults of its control system have a great influence on the normal production of blast furnace. Based on the statistical analysis of the faults of the top pressure control system in the past ten years in the main part of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd, and in the light of the main causes of the faults, an optimized and improved scheme has been worked out, and the hardware configuration has been improved by taking advantage of the favorable time for the overhaul of No. 7 BF, the logic program of measurement value is optimized to improve the stability and reliability of the furnace top pressure detection and control system.
