摘要
为改善高碳钢线材拉拔脆断问题,从夹杂物理论分析、转炉脱氧工艺调整、精炼钙处理工艺优化、合金替代、钢水均匀性控制等方面着手,实现高碳钢钢水质量稳步提升。
In order to improve the brittle fracture of high carbon steel wire, the quality of high carbon steel has been steadily improved by analyzing the inclusion theory, adjusting the converter deoxidation process, optimizing the refining calcium treatment process, substitution of alloy and control of uniformity of molten steel.
