摘要
酒钢炼轧厂现有3座50 t氧气顶吹转炉,转炉平均冶炼周期为29.5 min。针对转炉冶炼周期长的实际情况,根据炼轧厂现有条件,采取优化入炉结构、优化造渣工艺及枪位控制等措施。生产实践表明,转炉冶炼周期缩短5 min,平均降低到24.5 min左右,转炉生产效率明显提高,有效促进产能提升。
There are three 50 t oxygen top-blown converters in the Jiuquan Steel’s rolling mill. The average smelting cycle of the converter is 29.5 minutes. According to the actual situation of long converter smelting cycle, this paper adopts measures such as optimizing the furnace structure, optimizing the slagging process and lance position control according to the existing conditions of the smelting and rolling plant. Production practice shows that the converter smelting cycle is shortened by 5 minutes, and the average is reduced to about 24.5 minutes. The production efficiency of the converter has been significantly improved, which has effectively promoted the increase in production capacity.
