Development and Application of Ultra Pure Ferritic Stainless Steel for Automobile Exhaust System in Jiusteel

酒钢超纯铁素体不锈钢系列产品均采用高炉铁水进行精炼,产品兼具高品质、经济性及稳定性,已成功开发409L、409M、409Ni、436L、439、439M、441和444等汽车排气系统用超纯铁素体不锈钢,广泛应用于汽车排气系统的冷、热端和法兰部件。酒钢超纯铁素体不锈钢采用超低C、N成分设计,添加Nb、Ti等稳定化元素,并根据排气系统不同部位对材料的要求添加Mo、Ni等合金化元素,通过性能检测和客户使用说明酒钢材料品质已达到中高端汽车对排气系统用材料的综合性能要求。

JISCO uses blast furnace molten iron to refine its ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel series. The products have high quality, economy and stability. It has successfully developed 409 L, 409 M, 409 Ni, 436 L, 439, 439 M, 441 and 444 ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel for automobile exhaust system, which is widely used in cold and hot ends and flange parts of automobile exhaust system. The ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel of JISCO adopts the ultra-low C and N composition design, adds Nb, Ti and other stabilizing elements, and adds Mo, Ni and other alloying elements according to the material requirements of the unused parts of the exhaust system. The performance test and customer use show that the material quality of JISCO has met the comprehensive performance requirements of the materials for the exhaust system of medium and high-end vehicles.
