Current Situation and Countermeasures of Seafarers Onboard Using Mobile Phones and Other Electronic Devices

手机等电子设备为在船舶工作的船员带来了便利,但过度使用手机等电子设备容易引起船员疲劳且值班期间无法保持正规瞭望,使船舶航行安全面临风险。基于问卷、走访等调研方式了解船员在船期间使用手机等电子设备情况,分析利弊并提出可行性的意见和建议。

Electronic devices such as mobile phones have brought convenience to seafarers onboard,however,the excessive use of electronic devices such as mobile phones can lead to fatigue of seafarers and the inability to maintain a regular lookout when on duty,which puts the safety of ship navigation at risk.Based on the survey methods such as questionnaires and visits,the paper has acquired information on seafarers’use of mobile phones and other electronic devices when serving on board,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward feasible opinions and suggestions.
