语音交互技术在VTS预警系统中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Voice Interaction Technology in VTS Early Warning System

随着世界航运经济的发展,船舶交通流量越来越大,如何降低事故的发生率,是VTS致力解决的问题。通过研究语音转换技术,实现VTS自动预警是解决该问题的一个方向。基于该方案研发的船舶监控智能语音提醒系统,在唐山VTS中心进行了为期一年半的测试运行,实验结果表明,系统在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。

With the development of the world shipping economy,the traffic flow of ships is increasing,making it a major task for the vessel traffic services(VTS)center to decrease the maritime accident rate.Study shows that the application of voice conversion technology to achieve automatic VTS warning is a possible solution.The intelligent ship monitoring voice reminder system developed based on this solution has been tested and operated at the Tangshan VTS center for one and a half years.The results of the tests indicate that the system has been proved to be effective in the practical application.
