Seafarers’Rights to Survival from the Perspective of Seafarers’Abandonment

新冠肺炎疫情的暴发,让海员的人权保护问题再次成为人们关注的焦点。从海员生存权的角度出发,就海员从被遗弃到被遣返这段时期进行调查和研究,从生存权的界定和法理等方面对海员生存权进行讨论,并提出一系列保障海员生存权的措施。

The outbreak of COVID-19 has brought the issue of human rights protection for seafarers back into the spotlight.From the perspective of seafarers’right to survival,this paper probes into seafarers during the period from abandonment to repatriation,studies seafarers’right to survival from the definition and legal principles on the right to survival,and puts forward a series of measures to guarantee seafarers’right to survival.
