水土保持对生态农业发展至关重要。基于水土保持理念提出增加地表覆盖物、作物覆盖度和土壤抗蚀力的技术路径,从转变观念、科学规划、发展绿色有机生态农业、促进水土保持市场化、提高监督管理水平等视角谋划水土保持工作。

Soil and water conservation is very important to the development of ecological agriculture.Based on the concept of soil and soil conservation,the technical path of increasing surface cover,crop coverage and soil corrosion resistance is proposed,and the soil and water conservation work is planned from the perspective of changing ideas,scientific planning,developing green and organic ecological agriculture,promoting the marketization of soil and water conservation,and improving the level of supervision and management.
