摘要
为解决东北地区稻谷夏季储藏期间品陈化速度快的问题,以常规储粮为对照,选取某粮库平房仓开展实仓试验,探讨空调控温储粮技术的实际效果和作用。试验结果表明,空调控温技术能减缓粮堆上层稻谷的水分下降和脂肪酸值上升,减少微生物污染,有助于保持储粮品质和减少储存损耗。
In order to solve the problem of fast aging of paddy during summer storage in northeast China, the experiment was carried out in a storehouse with conventional grain storage as the control, and the practical effect and function of temperature control with air conditioner grain storage technology were discussed. The experimental results showed that the temperature control with air conditioner techlnology could slow down the decrease of water content and increase of fatty acid value of paddy in the upper layer of grain pile,reduce microbial contamination, and help to maintain grain quality and reduce storage loss.
