摘要
根据枸杞干燥方法的试验和报道,总结真空-压力脉动联合干燥法、低温真空干燥法、太阳能干燥等常用干燥方法,对枸杞外观、品质和有效成分含量的影响,为鲜枸杞的干燥加工提供技术借鉴。
According to the test and report of Chinese wolfberry drying method, this paper summarizes the effect of vacuum-pressure pulse joint drying method, low temperature vacuum drying method, solar drying and other common drying methods, on the appearance,quality and active ingredient content of Chinese wolfberry, and provides technical reference for the drying processing of fresh Chinese wolfberry.
