摘要
为提高食用菌栽培课程的教学质量,根据项目教学法的特点分析二者的关联性,探索课程教学的新模式。以平菇栽培课程为例,从课程目标、师生角色定位、项目设置、项目实施等方面,探讨项目教学的实施过程,为提高学生的综合职业能力提供理论参考。
In order to improve the teaching quality of the edible fungus cultivation course,the correlation between the two is analyzed according to the characteristics of the project teaching method,and the new mode of the course teaching is explored.Taking oyster mushroom cultivation course as an example,the implementation process of project teaching is discussed from the aspects of course objectives,role positioning of teachers and students,project setting and project implementation,so as to provide theoretical reference for improving students'comprehensive professional ability.
