摘要
为解决深厚砂性地层中旋挖桩施工坍孔严重,常规泥浆护壁效果差、沉渣较厚等问题,基于云南某房建旋挖桩基工程项目,从泥浆外加剂配比优化和泥浆砂砾石分离这2个方面开展研究,进行了“泥浆调配+泥浆分离技术”试验,结果表明:膨润土泥浆中添加适宜量的分散剂、增黏剂和絮凝剂,可有效增强护壁作用,改善砂性地层护壁效果;泥浆分离技术可降低泥浆含砂率,保证泥浆原质量,有效降低孔底沉渣及混凝土充盈系数。工程以试验结果为依据进行应用,取得了良好的质量、经济、社会环境等效益,为类似工程提供借鉴和依据。
To solve the problems of serious hole collapse,poor effect of conventional mud wall protection and thick sediment in the construction of rotary excavation pile in deep sandy stratum,based on the rotary excavation pile foundation project of a building in Yunnan,the test of"mud preparation+mud separation technology"is carried out from the two aspects of optimization of mud admixture ratio and separation of mud,sand and gravel.The results show that:adding appropriate amount of dispersant,tackifier and flocculant to bentonite slurry can effectively enhance the wall protection effect and improve the wall protection effect of sandy formation;mud separation technology can reduce the sand content of mud,ensure the original quality of mud,and effectively reduce the sediment at the hole bottom and the filling coefficient of concrete.The application of the project based on the test results has achieved good quality,economy,social environment and other benefits,which can provide reference and basis for similar projects.
