湘江欢乐城冰雪世界项目幕墙工程立面造型为椭球形,跨度大、造型复杂、安装精度高,同时幕墙外侧为悬空临崖,施工难度大。在BIM建模的基础上,现场复尺,采用插挂法进行异形穿孔铝板幕墙施工,铝板从内侧安装、上下插接,实现角度可调节,既解决了现场室外施工措施无法搭设的问题,又加快了施工进度,确保了铝板的安装精度,同时兼具操作性强、实用性好、高效经济等特点。

The facade of the curtain wall project of Xiangjiang Happy City Ice and Snow World project is ellipsoid with large span,complex shape and high installation accuracy.At the same time,the outer side of the curtain wall is suspended on the cliffs,which is very difficult to construct.On the basis of BIM modeling,the construction of special shaped perforated aluminum plate curtain wall is carried out by the plug-in and hanging method on site.The aluminum plate is installed from the inner side and inserted up and down to realize adjustable angle.It not only solves the problem that the outdoor construction measures cannot be erected on-site,but also speeds up the construction progress and ensures the installation accuracy of aluminum plate.At the same time,it has the characteristics of strong operability,good practicability,high efficiency and economy.
